The Aichi Gakuin University Center for Japanese Language and Culture (CJLC) was established in April 2019. Before that, the AGU undergraduate course welcomed only exchange students from our affiliated universities who passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level N2 or above. Now, with the establishment of the CJLC, AGU can welcome any exchange students including those who have never studied Japanese before.
The CJLC or the undergraduate program? Take a look at this flow chart to find out which is the best fit for you.
The philosophy of the CJLC is to help students acquire natural and authentic Japanese so they can understand and experience Japanese culture and society. As we offer small group classes at different levels, each student can take various tailored classes in a comfortable environment according to his/her Japanese proficiency level and needs.
